Transitioning Customers to Another Photographer
As you begin to reduce your lines of business and customer base, consider a proactive plan to introduce your clients to a photographer you have confidence in and who is trying to grow their business in that area. The result is that you won’t leave your best clients in a void and you have a photographer that will be forever grateful for your confidence in their ability to serve your old customers.
